  • Canada & USA: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

5. Delays & External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or high demand periods.

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Baloré Fashion is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
